The massage is first and foremost a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We also allow the space, for additional and particular needs to be addressed, the body sometimes hurts and always stores energy that needs to be realigned and released.
I use a basic Swedish Massage as a starting point and throughout the treatment. Then, through a combination of discussion before the treatment and intuitive approach of listening and understanding what your body wants, I bring techniques from various massage schools and healing modalities to tailor the experience for you, in that moment.
